On Wednesday, July 21 at 6:30 PM, teens ages 12-18 can learn to make Starburst Wrapper Bracelets in the library’s teen section. Create a unique, eye-catching piece of jewelry that people will be sure to ask you about!

Snack on Starbursts while you work! Registration is required for this FREE program. Visit or call the registration desk to sign up.
